Transfer projects on the Lite plan

<p>Before today, you needed a Professional or Team plan to <a href="<https://university.webflow.com/article/transfer-a-project>" data-rt-link-type="external">transfer projects</a> from one account to another. Today, we’re extending this feature to the Lite plan as well to make collaboration and client-facing workflows smoother.</p><p>Never transferred a project before? Here’s the quick how-to:</p><ol><li>Open your project’s settings</li><li>Find the project transfer icon</li><li>Input the email associated with the account you want to transfer the project to</li></ol><p>Note that hosting settings (most importantly, site plans) will NOT transfer with the project — meaning you’ll need to reconfigure these settings in the new account.</p><p>For this reason, we recommend transferring projects <em>before</em> you add a site plan, configure redirects, or make other hosting setup changes.</p>
