Hershal Chaddha
Corporate Development Manager
Hershal Chaddha is a manager at Webflow Ventures. He was previously at Adobe, where he worked on M&A, strategic investments, partnerships and corporate strategy. Prior to that, he held a similar role at SailPoint. Hershal has spent most of his career thus far supporting the growth of groundbreaking technology companies.

Webflow invests in early stage startups that have a tight product or strategic fit within our ecosystem.
We look for companies with the following features:
Web development: Companies must be focused on modern web development and satisfying pain points for web designers and/or developers
Long-term partner: Candidates must be eager to collaborate and partner with Webflow to solve web development challenges for organizations around the world.
Webflow Marketplace contributor: Companies must have the potential to deliver unique value to Webflow’s network of apps and integrations
Raising capital: Companies must be raising an early stage round with a lead investor confirmed. Webflow Ventures does not typically lead investment rounds or dictate valuations.
Webflow has a standard diligence process that is tailored to the stage and maturity of the company in review. We are also sensitive to the founder's need for a fast and efficient diligence process — so we aim to make decisions as fast as possible.
Typical early stage investments are $100,000. Later stage investment check sizes are dependent on round structure.
No, we exclusively co-invest after a lead investor is established.
Webflow Ventures invests across all stages of the startup lifecycle, but is primarily focused on seed, Series A, and Series B startups.
Yes.
Based on check size and opportunity, we may ask for a board observer seat.
No, the investment candidate does not need to have an app live in the Marketplace to be considered.
Yes. We participate in follow-on and extension rounds.
