Localize custom head and body code

Previously, the head and body custom code fields in Page Settings were locked on secondary locales. Scripts added to the primary locale cascaded to all locales, with no way to override them per locale.

Now both fields are editable on any secondary locale. Add different tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or consent tools per market directly in Page Settings. Once you edit a field, it stops inheriting from the primary locale. To re-sync it, click the localized indicator on the field label and select Reset to primary.
