How Arkose Labs migrated a 10-year-old site in three and a half weeks with Webflow's MCP
Arkose Labs made a company-wide bet on agentic AI in early 2026: every vendor had to connect to Claude, or it was out. When their WordPress site failed the review, the team approached replacements the same way they'd started evaluating every vendor: could it run agentically through Claude? Webflow was the platform that rose to the top. They signed an agreement the same week, and the new site was live three and a half weeks later.

“We're a high-growth cybersecurity company. The website needs to work as hard as the rest of the business. This meant building a truly agentic approach to marketing and finding a platform that could support this vision."

Arkose Labs is the leader in agent trust and control, protecting some of the largest consumer platforms on the internet including Meta, Amazon, Roblox, and Anthropic from automated fraud. Its technology helps companies identify whether a site visitor is a customer, AI agent or adversary. The company has been on the Deloitte Fast 500 for five consecutive years and launched Arkose Titan, a new unified security platform, in early 2026.
For a decade, its website ran on WordPress. Ownership of the site shifted over the years, and agencies cycled in and out to keep it running. By the time the team took stock, they'd spent thousands across vendors and tools and were still sitting on a Google Lighthouse score of 27, a performance metric that assesses how quickly a webpage loads and becomes ready for user interaction.
“Managing our old website felt like moving an image within a document. One minor adjustment could throw the entire layout into chaos,” says Marisol Calvo, Arkose Labs' Senior Growth Marketing Manager and day-to-day site owner. “A single new page took three days. Bulk updates happened manually, one field at a time. One agency spent a disproportionate amount of its retainer managing WordPress security patches rather than proactively building what the team requested.”
In early 2026, Arkose Labs embarked on a company-wide AI transformation and went all-in on agentic AI internally. Every tool had to connect to Claude agentically, or it would be replaced. As a company building AI-native defenses for the world's largest brands, security and governance were non-negotiable in any platform decision. Kevin Gosschalk, Arkose Labs' founder and CEO, had been watching engineering run workflows through Claude for over a year and saw they were shipping faster and operating leaner, without every task routed through a bottleneck. He wanted the same streamlined approach available to the marketing team with Claude as the operating layer on top. They needed an AI-native platform that gave them AI speed, without sacrificing robust governance and a secure hosting layer.
From first prompt to production in 3.5 weeks
The marketing team followed this AI-native mantra and conducted research and platform evaluation via Claude. They described exactly what was needed: a platform that would leverage Claude Code and an MCP connector to build, update, and maintain the site agentically, integrated with their existing Marketo and Salesforce stack. Claude evaluated the options and came back with one recommendation: Webflow Enterprise. The reasoning centered on fit: Webflow offered an official, first-party Claude connector with full programmatic access to the CMS and publishing workflow — a match for the agentic setup the team needed, and one that aligned cleanly with their existing Marketo and CRM stack.
Arkose Labs signed the same week and the team started building that weekend.
The team's approach to the migration was deliberate. They gave Claude a full export of the WordPress site and let it work through Webflow MCP. The agent migrated a decade of blog posts, moved all the content, and generated hundreds of documents to track every redirect and SEO requirement for the old domain. Those documents weren't for the team to read. They were memory for the agent to reference as it worked.
“We rebuilt on a modern stack with quicker page loads, cleaner code, and a far more maintainable foundation than what we had before. Everything has gone up since we moved.”
— Kevin Gosschalk, Founder and CEO, Arkose Labs
The site went live 3.5 weeks after signing. The Lighthouse score moved from 27 on WordPress to 81 on Webflow. Migrations usually cost a site its search rankings, and a decade-old domain has the most to lose. Arkose Labs came through the other way: traffic climbed after the move, and its SEO held.
Once the migration was complete, the team tracked remaining fixes in a shared Google Sheet. Anyone who spotted an issue added a brief description and a URL. Claude would read the sheet, connect to Webflow through MCP, make the change, then open a browser to visually verify the page looked right before closing the item and posting a Slack summary with links to every changed page.
“It takes longer to open a ticket than to just tell Claude to go do it. So we just stopped creating tickets.”
— Kevin Gosschalk, Founder and CEO, Arkose Labs
A marketing team that now owns its website
Before Webflow, Marisol Calvo had never written a line of code. She still hasn't. She now owns changes to the site.
Everything now runs through a single governed workflow. Marisol Calvo owns the website and the AEO and GEO strategy. Heidi Anderson, Global Content Marketing Manager, holds final approval before any content goes live. Cassie Stevenson, Director of Brand and Communications, keeps Arkose Labs' voice consistent across every digital surface. Customer marketing, events, and product marketing each run their own campaign and product pages, publishing directly to staging. Nothing ships without Heidi's or Marisol's sign-off.
“Now we just tell Claude what we need, and the Webflow MCP takes care of the rest.”
— Marisol Calvo, Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Arkose Labs
The impact showed up immediately and in measurable ways. A page that used to take three days to create now takes 15 minutes. Changes that required a week-minimum agency turnaround, if they got prioritized at all, now happen in minutes.
The sharpest test came a week after launch, when Arkose Labs announced its new Arkose Agent Trust Manager solution. On WordPress, this timing would have been close to impossible. Knowing a product launch was coming, they likely would have delayed the site migration entirely rather than risk the overlap. “We would have had to start a couple of weeks earlier,” Kevin said. “We actually would not have launched the site, because it would have been too close to us having to add the new content.” Instead, the entire product launch, new pages, blog content, and homepage updates were live in half a day.
Before Webflow, testing a new campaign idea meant running it through a full agency production cycle. This process demanded weeks of development time, all before they could decide if it was worth pursuing. As a result, a subset of the ideas never materialized.
“Our new website was a great example of AI truly transforming how we tackled a tedious, cumbersome project. Without the Webflow MCP, this would have taken us months not days.”
— Kevin Gosschalk, Founder and CEO, Arkose Labs
What becomes possible when the whole stack is connected
Webflow MCP gave Arkose Labs what they call their “AI command center in Claude,” the ability to update content, publish blogs, and ship AEO and SEO optimizations on the fly. Three weeks after launch, the team was already building workflows that hadn't made it onto anyone's roadmap.
One early proof point: OG images, the preview images that appear when a link gets shared in Slack or on LinkedIn. Getting these right, matching brand guidelines and applying them to every page, used to take two weeks. Instead, the team built a Claude skill that handles it automatically. It creates an HTML canvas, matches the Arkose Labs brand design, takes a screenshot, uploads it to Webflow, and links it to each page's metadata.
The OG image skill was never on a roadmap. This is the benefit of a connected system. When Claude has access to every API and endpoint, it surfaces improvements the team didn't know to ask for.
The website as a demand gen engine
The web and content teams now use Webflow Analyze to track how Arkose Labs shows up across both traditional and AI-generated search. This is a top priority because the company's buyers, such as CISOs and VPs of fraud, are increasingly researching vendors through AI tools rather than traditional search engines.
Before Webflow, tracking the site's performance meant pulling data from Semrush and piecing it together with other data points. User behavior after someone landed on a page was largely invisible. Now the demand gen team has page-level traffic, user journeys, and AI prompt performance all in one place without leaving Webflow.
“In the past we had to go to so many different places to actually get information, and it wasn't even clear. Now I don't have to go anywhere, it's all right there inside Webflow.”
— Marisol Calvo, Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Arkose Labs
Looking ahead, the second phase of their website upgrade is already planned. The team is focused on scaling their efforts through A/B testing with Webflow Optimize, personalizing ABM campaigns, optimizing for AI search, and completing a full UX redesign. The site is becoming what Arkose Labs envisioned: a powerful demand generation engine that the team fully controls.
“We want people to arrive on our website, understand exactly what to do, have a great experience, and ultimately convert. A personalized, high-performing demand gen engine. That's the goal.”
— Marisol Calvo, Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Arkose Labs
