Now you can add an extra layer of security to your Webflow account by setting up two-factor authentication.

To set up two-factor authentication for your Webflow account, head to the Security tab under your account settings and click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." You'll then need to grab a two-factor authentication app and scan a QR code to get set up.

<img src="<https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/55fba7ade2ae0be15df2b309/582f6921f13a1f833d73478001.png>" alt="Security tab of your account settings.">

Seems simple enough.

Once you set up two-factor authentication, you'll be prompted to enter your six-digit authentication code each time you log in to Webflow.

<img src="<https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/55fba7ade2ae0be15df2b309/582f69e56c82450d1e8d2aa307.png>" alt="Enter your authentication code to log in.">

Access your current authentication code in the Google Authenticator app.

For full instructions on setting this up, head to our help article on <a href="<https://help.webflow.com/article/how-to-enable-two-factor-authentication-for-your-webflow-account>" data-rt-link-type="external">setting up two-factor authentication in Webflow.
