Upload custom SSL certificates
Webflow Enterprise customers can now upload custom SSL certificates to their sites for extra flexibility when configuring hosting.

To provide an extra level of flexibility when setting up your hosting, we’ve just added support for custom SSL certificates for <a href="<https://webflow.com/enterprise>">Webflow Enterprise customers. (This is a new option on top of the existing free SSL certificate included for all hosted sites — existing customers can continue using that free SSL option without interruption.)

To add a custom SSL certificate, head to the bottom of the hosting tab within your project settings, specify which domain you want to apply a custom certificate for, then drop in the certificate chain and private key. (For more guidance and details, check out our <a href="<https://university.webflow.com/lesson/ssl-hosting#upload-a-custom-ssl-certificate>">documentation on Webflow University.)

<img src="<https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/64f9399ca7d13575ff21a675/64f9399ca7d13575ff21d5ffMkXZtXVz9GgSN85aukxSjQPpkzHPvO-weLC1Vs-d5yByKy84csVtLgUpSlMg52HRtjkTyOby5ijLgCDfkXdVycbxcTARvCzvqnrYq2nkLNtfeAoUbo-XwOUR7kxGmNSuNCRML.png>" width="auto" height="auto" loading="auto">

Project settings > Hosting

Customers using custom SSL are required to update their certificates manually before they expire. To replace an existing custom SSL certificate, simply delete the existing one and re-upload a new one as you did during the initial setup.

To learn more about custom SSL certificates and the additional security features included with Webflow Enterprise, <a href="<https://webflow.com/enterprise>">reach out to our team.
