Ashley Brucker-Stepien

Ashley is the former VP of Marketing at Webflow. She has led numerous marketing organizations and guided companies, like Marketo and Pendo, through growth stages and successful exits. Her great passion is supporting women in the workforce and helping mothers come back to work after leave. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible away from screens with her three children and husband in Carmel, California.
