As AI continues to alter the marketing funnel, we’re introducing new tools to help you go from prompt to production while building brands that stand out.
At Webflow Conf 2025 today, we announced new tools to give designers, developers, and marketers the space they need to foster creativity and play when building for the web. With new AI-powered app generation, teams can go from prompt to production to build bold brands, create content that speaks AI, and deliver personalization at scale.
With these updates, Webflow is quickly becoming the only enterprise-ready website builder that goes beyond AI prototypes — helping you launch full-scale AI-powered experiences backed by world-class hosting, a powerful CMS, and industry-leading visual design tools.
Here’s a peek at what we announced at Webflow Conf 2025
Big updates to Webflow AI to create more space for creativity, collaboration, and higher-impact work by streamlining workflows across your web experience.
- We reimagined the AI Assistant as an intelligent, conversational partner that can help your team orchestrate complex tasks across your site so you can move faster without losing control or compromising quality.
- We introduced AI-powered code gen into the AI Assistant, letting you build production-ready web apps and reusable code components from a single prompt.
- All-new AI-powered SEO features to help you increase discoverability, improve accessibility, and optimize your site for both humans and machines.
We also announced:
- The next-gen Webflow CMS that brings a complete architectural transformation, enabling new levels of flexibility and scale for storing, managing, and designing sites with dynamic data.
- Code components that empower your team with developer-built, React components directly on the Webflow canvas so you can leverage existing design resources and create advanced UI.
- A dedicated, multi-context Component canvas to let you create and edit components outside the page, with instant visibility into cascading style changes.
- Real-time collaboration enables your entire team to work side-by-side in Webflow at the same time — even on the same page — without time-consuming bottlenecks or unnecessary handoffs.
- Updates to Interactions with GSAP that unlock more control over how Interactions are displayed across breakpoints, how code is loaded across your site, and new accessibility settings for your visitors. We also announced a Lottie integration coming later this year.
- Updates to Webflow Analyze’s visual analytics including new insights into traffic referred from AI, and goal reporting to help you better understand how your traffic and visitors are converting.
- Form updates, giving teams greater control to configure notification preferences for each form on your site and more visibility to review, manage, and recover spam submissions with a new spam inbox.
- Improvements to your collaboration workflows with comment-only links so you can allow anyone to review your site and leave comments without needing to create a Webflow account first.
Let’s dive into each of these to see how your team can bring creativity to life with these new features.
From prompt to production
To help create the necessary space for teams to be creative, we’re continuing to expand what’s possible with Webflow AI. From major updates to the AI Assistant to new code generation capabilities and smarter SEO tools, we’re helping you offload the repetitive work, so your team has more time to play and more power to build real, production-ready, web experiences.
Revamped AI Assistant

We reimagined the AI Assistant as an intelligent, conversational partner across the platform. Whether you are creating new layouts, refactoring a section to match your class naming system, adjusting styles, updating CMS content, or turning a section into a component, the AI Assistant understands your site. It reads your structure, styles, and CMS, then proposes changes and helps apply only those you approve. Those changes can be customized directly in Webflow so you move faster without losing control or compromising brand consistency.
The updated Webflow AI Assistant will be available to all customers later this year.
AI-powered code gen

We also introduced two powerful new features locking prompt-to-production code gen capabilities with the AI Assistant.
First, we unlocked the ability to generate production-grade web apps that can be seamlessly deployed to Webflow Cloud with a single click. Making it possible for non-technical teams to build and host powerful interactive tools like dashboards, pricing calculators, and booking systems as part of their Webflow sites.
Code gen apps built in Webflow are powered by Astro — the leading framework for content-driven sites. And we love Astro so much that we also announced we're now officially partnering with Astro as sponsors of their open-source project.
Next, we showcased how the AI Assistant can also generate React-based code components that can be customized and updated visually inside Webflow. These components will use your existing design systems to build reusable, powerful UI elements that can be used across your site.
AI-powered code gen will be available to all customers early next year. You can apply to get early access here.
AI-powered SEO

We’ve also demoed new AI-powered SEO tools to help teams improve site discoverability, accessibility, and performance across search engines and LLMs. Now, you can use the AI Assistant to help you draft critical SEO copy like alt text, meta data, and even schema markup in your page settings. And if you’re looking for new ways to optimize your content discoverability, we’ve added AI to the Audit panel to help you identify new opportunities.
AI-powered SEO will be available to all customers next month.
Webflow MCP
Finally, we highlighted some new updates to the Webflow MCP server, including the ability to interact directly with the Webflow Canvas so you can now build in Webflow directly from your preferred AI environment. You can learn more about our MCP server here.
Creating bold first impressions
While your website may no longer serve as your first impression, it still needs to “wow” visitors the moment they arrive. To build moments that last, you need to be able to move quickly as a team, design with motion that grabs attention, and establish design systems that give your teams the guardrails they need to be creative.
Real-time collaboration

Real-time collaboration reduces collaboration drag by empowering teammates to work together in Webflow to build, manage, and optimize as a team. Whether you’re updating landing page copy, building a new page, or designing a new section on your home page, you’ll be able to get projects live faster, eliminate bottlenecks, and tackle more than ever before.
Real-time collaboration is available in private beta today and will be available for all customers later this year. Apply to get access to the beta here.
Comment-only links

We’re also introducing comment-only links so you can quickly get feedback from stakeholders who don’t have, or need, a seat in your Workspace. You can easily share a link so they can quickly review and leave feedback on the site — no login required.
Comment-only links will be available to all customers later this year.
Updates to Interactions with GSAP

Earlier this year, we released Interactions with GSAP to help you bring stunning motion and interactivity to life across your website. Today, we announced a suite of new features to give you more control over when and where Interactions are loaded on your site so you can ensure your sites are responsive, accessible, and performant at scale. We also announced an upcoming integration with LottieFiles to support more advanced animations.
These updates to Interactions with GSAP will be available to all customers later this year.
Component canvas

As your site complexity grows, it becomes even more important to have strong design systems that provide enough structure for your teams to play without risking brand inconsistency. With component canvas, you have the ability to create and edit components in a structured environment outside the page, so you can confidently manage components and track cascading style changes across your site.
Component canvas will be available to all customers later this year.
Code components

Now, when you have a design in mind that can’t be built visually in Webflow, you can turn to code components. As of today, you can use DevLink to import React components from an external code base into Webflow for use directly on the canvas with the power to edit, localize, and optimize them like anything else in Webflow. You can learn more about Code components here.
Code components are rolling out to all customers on CMS and Business Site plans, as well as all paid Workspace plans, starting today.
Creating content that speaks AI
As LLMs continue to wedge themselves between you and your customers, your website is no longer the only way your users will engage with your content. Ensuring you are creating structured content that is optimized for AI has become more important than ever.
Ongoing Cloudflare partnership
To ensure your content is reliably hosted and served across the web, we have been partnering with Cloudflare to migrate Webflow’s hosting infrastructure onto Cloudflare’s global network. Moving to this global network, which spans 330 cities across 125 countries connecting to 13,000 networks, means faster, safer, and more reliable sites for all Webflow customers.
Next-gen Webflow CMS

We’re also introducing the next-gen Webflow CMS, re-architected from the ground up to meet the flexibility and scale demands of an AI-first world. This major foundational investment delivers custom storage to handle large, complex data sets as your business grows, and massive increases to Collection list capabilities to bring content to life without compromising performance.
We’ve also announced that we’ll be making our Content Delivery APIs available to all Webflow customers. So all teams can now manage CMS content across all channels, deliver to headless frontends, and unlock multi-surface distribution — all from the same content database.
Next-gen Webflow CMS, including expanded availability of our Content Delivery APIs, will roll out to all customers later this year. You can learn more about these updates here.
AEO Maturity Model
In the modern age of Answer Engine Optimization, it’s important to know where your content stands. That’s why we recently launched our AEO Maturity Model, so you can reach your audience quicker to learn more about what they need at the individual level.
In this comprehensive assessment, you’ll learn where your site content stands on its ability to show up in LLM searches based on four pillars: content, technical, authority, and measurement.
Executing personalization at scale
Content discoverability brings audiences to your site, and great storytelling keeps them engaged once they arrive. But to drive conversion, it’s more important than ever to deliver a personalized experience.
Form updates

Today we introduced new updates to help you better manage your form data and provide more control over how conversions are captured. Form-level settings lets you configure notifications for each form independently, including notification recipients and notification emails.
A new inbox for spam submissions provides greater visibility and makes it easier for users to review, manage, and recover submissions that are flagged as spam.
Form-level settings and spam inbox for form submissions will be available to all customers later this year.
Updates to Webflow Analyze

Earlier this year, we made updates to bring behavioral data directly into the Webflow canvas with visual analytics — adding insights directly to the canvas like click activity and scrollmaps.
Today we announced new updates to Webflow Analyze including advanced goals reporting to track conversion goals directly in Webflow, and AI traffic insights so you can better understand the behavior of visitors coming from AI-referred sources like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
Goal reporting and insights into AI-referred traffic will be available for Analyze and Optimize customers later this month.
Optimize with the AI Assistant
Last year, we brought you Webflow Optimize so your team could run optimization experiments directly in Webflow, and deliver true 1:1 personalization at scale with AI Optimize.
This year, we’ve extended how the AI Assistant can help you build deeply personalized experiments in minutes. Gathering insights and deciding which experiments to run is now significantly easier and quicker with AI by your side.
