AI search is actively shaping what buyers know about your brand before they ever reach your site.
In most cases, this is happening without your input and for most marketing teams, addressing it means having to stitch together multiple tools across analytics, AEO, and content management —before they can begin to act.
So, while 93% of marketing leaders say AEO will be critical for brand success in the next two years, there’s still a massive execution gap between identifying the specific fixes and improvements that will move the needle, and then executing them at scale.
Available now, Webflow AEO takes you from insight to action at scale
Last month, we introduced Webflow AEO to close this gap and accelerate your time from “having an AEO strategy” to “executing it and seeing results.”
Today, Webflow AEO is available for Enterprise customers, bringing together two connected capabilities: AEO analytics, which help teams understand how their brand is showing up in answer engines, and AEO agents, which help teams turn those insights into on brand improvements across their site. Together, they create a closed loop from measurement to recommendation to execution — all inside Webflow.
Plan access: All Enterprise customers get access to AEO agents. AEO analytics is available with the latest version of Analyze for Enterprise.
What Webflow AEO unlocks for your team today:
- Measure AI visibility: We’ve expanded Webflow Analyze for Enterprise with dedicated AEO analytics, so teams can easily see how AI bots engage with their site, how their brand appears in AI answers, and how AI discovery drives on-site conversions. No data expertise or instrumentation required.
- Recommend on-brand improvements: Technical AEO agents are available to all Enterprise customers, surfacing prioritized, on-brand recommendations — including broken links, outdated metadata, missing schema markup, and more — to help AI systems better read, understand, and cite your site.
- Act in a closed loop: Those same agents prepare recommendations for bulk review, so teams can accept, modify, or dismiss changes and publish directly from a centralized view — moving quickly without sacrificing control. Note: Executing agentic recommendations uses AI credits, effective June 29, 2026.
"Webflow AEO saves me significant time and gives me insights I can't get anywhere else, including competitive AEO benchmarking. The dedicated AI agents allow me to instantly do work that wasn't feasible before — like optimizing metadata across hundreds of pages at scale. Having analytics and action in one platform is exactly what our team has been needing." - Rebecca Strehlow, Senior Content Marketing Manager, Crunchbase
In the coming weeks, we’ll also be releasing content optimization agents, helping teams create more citable content for the prompts that matter most. This first set of content optimization agents will be available exclusively for Enterprise Analyze customers.

This builds on a year of AEO investment at Webflow: our widely-adopted maturity model and assessment, support for llms.txt and Markdown for agents, LLM-referred traffic insights, and our first AI-assisted technical SEO auditing tool, which drove 75% more monthly organic traffic for customers who adopted it. Webflow AEO is the next evolution of that foundation, purpose-built for enterprises that want every marketer to understand what they need to improve, ship changes fast, and keep iterating.
AEO analytics: measure what matters for AI visibility
AEO measurement is crowded with complex point solutions that make it hard to know which signals matter — often requiring heavy instrumentation and specialist support before anything can be implemented in a separate CMS.
Webflow AEO takes a different approach. Built into Webflow Analyze, our native visual-first analytics tool, AEO analytics help teams clearly see how AI bots engage with their site, how their brand appears in AI answers, and how AI discovery drives on-site behavior.

Prompt insights
See how your brand shows up for the prompts and topics that matter most — including whether your brand is being mentioned, how often your site is cited, and how you compare to other websites and sources included in the answers.
Teams can also refine and tweak the prompts they track over time to build a clearer picture of where they’re gaining visibility and earning citations, and where there’s still room to improve. We’re launching today with insights into how your brand appears in ChatGPT responses, with support for more answer engines coming soon.
AI bot insights
Not all bot activity is equal. Some bots are tied to live user queries, while others train models or index your site for AI systems. Because Webflow owns the hosting layer, AEO analytics surfaces bot activity directly from where it happens — without added scripts, third-party instrumentation, or disconnected reporting. Teams can see which AI bots are visiting your site, what pages they prioritize, and how activity changes over time, so they know how their content is being discovered and whether site updates are making an impact.
A holistic view from AI discovery to on-site behavior
Building on Webflow Analyze’s existing LLM-referred traffic insights, Webflow AEO brings prompt, citation, bot, and visitor behavior data into one centralized AI discovery dashboard. See how visitors from answer engines arrive, engage, and convert on your site — and connect AI visibility to real business impact.
“Webflow AEO gave us visibility we didn’t have before — from prompt tracking and LLM crawl behavior to site-specific recommendations that we can act on right away. Because it’s built natively into Webflow’s platform, we can move faster with less overhead and connect AI citations directly to real conversion data.” - Susan MacPhee, Website Manager, TOCA Football

AEO agents: execute on-brand recommendations across your entire site
AI visibility is a critical first step, but what happens after? The real challenge is knowing what to improve — and shipping those changes at scale. Webflow AEO closes that gap with native agents that understand your site and brand, surface prioritized recommendations across your entire site, and help teams turn them into published improvements faster.

Brand-aware by default
Webflow AEO agents are native to the platform, which means they draw from your site's actual structure and content rather than operating as a generic overlay. New brand context settings let teams guide them with the details that matter most — voice, positioning, terminology, and competitor context — so recommendations stay on-brand by default.
And as AEO best practices continue to evolve, teams shouldn't have to track every change themselves. Webflow keeps agents current with the latest research so the recommendations they give stay relevant.
Technical AEO agents
Technical AEO agents extend Webflow's earlier AI-assisted SEO capabilities with broader site-wide coverage and a growing set of optimizations that directly affect machine-readability.
They evaluate pages, CMS items, components, and images across your entire site — surfacing issues from broken links and stale schema markup to overly long meta descriptions and missing alt text.
Instead of requiring teams to work through fixes page by page, they prepare all recommendations in a centralized view for bulk review, accept, modify, or dismiss, then publish. The result is a fix-it-and-ship-it loop that would otherwise require coordinating across tools and teams.
“Webflow AEO has been a huge force multiplier. The recommendations are specific to my actual site and pages, which means I can quickly spot gaps like missing schema markup or broken links that materially impact our AI visibility, then execute them instantly. And even when I don’t accept a recommendation directly, it sparks ideas for how to optimize other pages across the site, so the tool is constantly helping me think bigger than I could alone.” - Chris Singleton, Senior Manager - Website and Organic Growth, Smartly

What’s next
The most exciting part of Webflow AEO isn’t just where we are today — it’s where we’re headed. We’re continuing to expand AEO capabilities and invest in our broader agentic web marketing platform to help brands drive discoverability in the AI era. Here’s a look at what’s on the near term roadmap:
- Content optimization AEO agents: Available in the coming weeks, these agents will help teams strengthen existing pages, identify content gaps, and generate on-brand first drafts informed by the prompts they’re already tracking.
- Broader LLM coverage in AEO analytics: We’re starting with ChatGPT and will add support for more LLMs soon, giving teams a broader view of how their brand shows up across answer engines.
- Deeper AEO insights: We’re expanding AEO analytics with richer competitive context, access to complete AI-generated responses, and more — helping teams better understand sentiment and how accurately their brand is being represented in AI search.
