How to integrate FlowBookings with Webflow

FlowBookings integrates with Webflow through the FlowBookings Marketplace app that lets you add booking forms directly to your Webflow project, along with an external dashboard where you can manage your bookings, services, and more.

The Webflow app lets you choose the type of booking form you want and add it to your project. Once added, you can style and customize the form just like any other Webflow form.

The scripts needed to connect the form with your FlowBookings dashboard are added automatically to the page.

Using the FlowBookings Webflow Marketplace App

Install the FlowBookings app directly from the Webflow App marketplace on the Webflow project of your choice. Once installed, launch the Webflow app on the page you want to add a booking form to. Log in or sign up for your FlowBookings account, and it will automatically connect to your Webflow project.

Inside the Webflow app, you can:

1. Choose what features and input types you want on the booking form:
   
   1. Choose between a single service form or a multi-service form.
   2. Choose whether you want to show a category dropdown for more service organisation.
   3. Choose input types for the services ( dropdown or radio buttons ) 
   4. Choose pre-built layouts for the form (can be changed and customized later)
2. Insert the relevant scripts for the options you chose into the page settings.
3. Copy and paste the booking form on the page.
4. Once added you can style and customize the form with Webflow Designer, just like any other Webflow element.

The required scripts are added automatically, so your forms work right away without extra setup. Visitors can book services, view available slots, and pay online without leaving your site.

Use The FlowBookings Dashboard

You can also use the FlowBookings dashboard or Web App to manage everything behind the scenes, from services to customers. 

From the dashboard, you can:

1. Create services with details like duration, price, buffer times, capacity and more.
2. Organize services into categories that match your business.
3. Accept secure payments with Stripe right on your Webflow site without having your customers leave the page.
4. View and manage upcoming and past bookings in one place.
5. Send automatic confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows. 
6. Customize your availability, including your working hours, time zone and breaks, giving you granular control over your working hours and availability.
7. View and manage reports and statistics about the bookings made online, also in a calendar view for clarity.

The dashboard works together with the Webflow app to keep your forms, services, and bookings in sync, so you can manage your business without switching tools while maintaining complete flexibility.
