Prior to joining Webflow, Craig held senior leadership roles at GitLab, where he led financial planning and analysis, data, and IT, and played a critical role in scaling go-to-market operations. He also served as acting Chief Marketing Officer in the lead-up to GitLab’s IPO. Before that, he was VP of Finance at Upwork, guiding the company through its public offering and leading investor relations. Earlier in his career, Craig held a variety of operations leadership roles at Google.
